Mark Rasmussen to Leave Windsmith Music in October

Mark Rasmussen will be stepping out of his position of co-owner at Windsmith Music at the end of the month to seek new endeavors. We have been preparing for this event for the last year and feel confident that our patrons will not feel an impact. While his expertise will be missed, Trevor Wilson has used the last year to gain the skills to step into the void left upon Mark’s exit. Trevor will continue to refine his brass repair skills with the support of Katie Cooper and Ruston Reynolds.

Trevor Wilson, who has been with the company since it's opening in 2017, says, “We will still be operating normally and our customers shouldn’t feel a change. Our customers are the most important aspect of what we do, so we want to make this transition as seamless as possible.”

We would like to assure our customers that our goal to provide them with quality musical service and products will not change as the ownership changes. As Katie and Trevor navigate these times of COVID-19, we want to assure you that we will weather these uncertain times and be here to support you in your musical endeavors. Thank you for your support and we look forward to making music with you soon.
